By accessing any part of the KirinAI website, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

These terms cover the public surfaces of KirinAI (marketing site, documentation, blog, status page). Your use of the product itself is additionally governed by our Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, and session cookies confidential. Notify us immediately at security@kirinai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The KirinAI brand, logo, documentation, and underlying platform are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (documents, prompts, datasets). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, probe, or scan the service for vulnerabilities without prior written consent.
• Upload malware, scrape at abusive volumes, or disrupt other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, your affiliation, or the origin of the content you submit.
• Use KirinAI to violate any law or third-party right, including privacy and IP rights.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we bump the document version and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will also prompt you to re-accept on your next sign-in.

The KirinAI website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KirinAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
